Hey legends!
Looking for that perfect at-home full-body session! Well look no further, here is a burner that requires no equipment and a good attitude! ????
A warm-up is just as crucial as the session itself! Make sure you warm up all your joints and muscles and increase your heart rate before this session!
Start off with some dynamic stretches, (hamstring stretch, hip openers and closers, windmills, shoulder rolls and shoulder hugs)
Then complete 2 rounds of:
10 x squats
10 x lunges each side
5 x inchworms
20 x mountain climbers
10 x glute bridge
10 x crunches
For this session, you will need a timer on 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest! We are going through all 8 exercises then having a quick break at the end! Repeat 4 times through!
Wow! That was tough! Make sure you grab a drink and have a big stretch!!
