Reduce Pain and Increase Blood flow.. How?

The stimulation from our EMS system engages and activate muscle fibers and also improves local blood flow therefore reversing muscle guarding. Studies have shown that the increase in local blood flow as well as synovial lubrication begins after about five minutes of repeated muscle activation and increases multiple times after an additional ten minutes. This occurs both with voluntary as well as with electrical stimulation induced exercise.
