Knee and Hip Conditioning Course
If your knees are feeling weak or you are feeling some discomfort when walking longer distances or up the stairs then this course is for you!
This Knee and Hip Conditioning course is especially helpful if you are getting ready for some longer Trail Walking. 🚶♀
In this course, we will run you all the way from warm-up to some nice stretches and exercises to get those knees and hips strong. 💪 Obviously if you are feeling too much discomfort please back it off and perform an easier version as we explain or completely skip.
This is a great starting point of getting stronger in your knees and hips stronger. If you stay consistent with it you can expect some great improvements.
