At Home HIIT Session!

Want to smash out some last at-home training sessions before we get back into the gym?!

I don’t know about you but my favourite at-home sessions have been HIIT/ cardio. Nothing better than feeling like I am sweating off all the food I’ve been eating whilst working from home!

We are so excited to see you again, but in the meantime, let’s smash out this HIIT!

Warm Up

A warm-up is just as crucial as the session itself! Make sure you warm up all muscle groups and get your heart rate high before starting your session!

Start off with some dynamic stretches! (hamstring stretch, open and close hips, torso twists, shoulder rolls)

Then complete 2 rounds of:

10 x squats 

10 x push-ups 

10 x jumping jacks

10 x glute bridges

At Home HIIT Session!

The session: Today we have 3 x 7min AMRAPS (As Many Rounds As Possible) – set a timer and go for gold! Have about 1-minute rest in between AMRAPS.

7 min AMRAP

  • 10 x 1&½ squats
  • 10 x shoulder taps
  • 10 x push-ups
  • 10 x lunges on each side

7 min AMRAP

  • 10 x burpees
  • 10 x skaters
  • 10 x glute bridges
  • 10 x crunches

7 min AMRAP

  • 10 x leapfrog jumps
  • 10 x tricep dips
  • 10 x hopscotch
  • 20 x mountain climbers

Ouch! That one hurt! Once again make sure you have a good stretch after this workout, followed by a 5-10 minute cool-down walk!

Warm Down

Remember to stretch after your session and drink lots of water! Remember a good 10-minute stretch will have you thanking yourself later on.
