At Home Killer Leg Session!

Want to get your legs fired up and glutes burning in an at-home killer session?

This one will have the legs shaking and heart rate high! Make sure you enjoy a good drink of water during this session and a stretch post-workout!

Warm Up

A warm-up is just as crucial as the session itself! Make sure you warm up all muscle groups and get your heart rate high before starting your session!

Start off with some dynamic stretches! (hamstring stretch, open and close hips, torso twists, shoulder rolls)

Then complete 2 rounds of:

10 x squats 

10 x push-ups 

10 x jumping jacks

10 x glute bridges

At Home Killer Leg Session!

The session itself is 10 exercises, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 3 rounds through!

  • Sumo squat to calf raise
  • Squat pulses
  • Bulgarian split squat L
  • Bulgarian split squat R
  • Hip thrusts 
  • Crab walk 
  • Wall sit 
  • 80/20 squats L
  • 80/20 squats R
  • Jump squats
Modifications and regressions shown in video!

Ouch! That one hurt! Once again make sure you have a good stretch after this workout, followed by a 5-10 minute cool-down walk!

Warm Down

Remember to stretch after your session and drink lots of water! Remember a good 10-minute stretch will have you thanking yourself later on.
