At Home Stretch Flow

I woke up today with a super sore neck and strained legs from this week’s workouts! Then I reminded myself that I haven’t completed a full-body stretch flow in over a week!

Stretching is so crucial for our muscles and joints’ range of motion and mobility, helping with our posture, recovery, and decreased likelihood of injury! So many amazing benefits.
